Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Client Success Manager to own client relationships, cold email campaign performance, deliverability, and retention for approximately 20–30 active client accounts. The role combines account management, campaign optimization, copywriting, deliverability troubleshooting, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration with developers, outreach teams, and leadership. Candidates need experience in client success, account management, client delivery, or campaign management, along with hands-on cold email and outbound lead generation experience, knowledge of email deliverability and infrastructure, and familiarity with campaign tools, CRMs, and automation workflows.
