SUD Program Director at Homeless Children’s Network

Homeless Children’s Network is hiring a full-time, onsite or hybrid SUD Program Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of its youth substance use disorder outpatient program. The role leads clinical supervision, treatment planning, medication management, risk management, budget and compliance, quality improvement, staff hiring and development, strategic planning, community engagement, care coordination, and regulatory reporting. The position reports directly to the COO and requires a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, California clinical licensure with at least four years post-licensure, clinical supervision experience, and substantial experience serving children, youth, and families in substance use and co-occurring mental health settings.
