Description
The SUE Technician is an entry-level field role supporting the SUE Analyst on underground utility locating projects. The position operates geophysical and excavation equipment, marks utilities with paint and flags, produces field sketches, maintains vehicles and equipment, and follows safety and company procedures. It requires outdoor travel, physical lifting, availability for daily travel and occasional overnight travel, and willingness to work unsupervised; specialized training, a commercial driver’s license, and prior instrument or rod-person experience are preferred.
