The SUE Tech II assists in coordinating a field crew and ensuring quality and safety while locating underground utility lines, using geophysical and excavation equipment, collaborating with construction crews, maintaining records, and identifying hazards. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive experience as a utility locator or SUE Technician, outdoor work in varied terrain and weather, daily travel, occasional overnight travel, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and operate equipment.
