Symetra Investment Management is hiring an Annuity Suitability Review Specialist to independently evaluate annuity sales, transfers, replacements, and exchanges for suitability and best-interest compliance. The role reviews customer profiles, investment objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and product appropriateness; interviews applicants when needed; escalates complex or high-risk cases; collaborates with financial professionals and internal teams; maintains audit-ready records; and contributes to process improvement and regulatory compliance. The position offers flexible full-time or hybrid telecommuting arrangements and pays $32.80–$54.64 per hour plus eligibility for an annual bonus program.
