McKenney’s is hiring a Construction Co-op to support estimating and operations, collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, assist with scheduling and site logistics, and help manage mechanical, plumbing, and controls construction projects. The role involves preconstruction estimating, budget tracking, permit and submittal support, site surveys, and coordination with project managers and field crews. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited engineering or construction-management co-op program and complete three full-time alternating rotations, with the first rotation scheduled for Summer 2027.
