Southwest Airlines is hiring a Customer Experience and Analytics Data Science Intern for a 12-week summer internship from May 18 to August 8, 2027, at its Dallas headquarters. The intern will apply statistics, mathematics, computer science, and data science concepts to collect, analyze, and interpret data; support machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization projects; and deliver actionable insights. The role requires full-time student enrollment, a high school diploma or GED, progress toward a relevant degree, and a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
