Description
The Summer Engineering Internship – Paper Manufacturing is a paid, full-time summer internship for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Engineering. Interns will assist engineers and operations teams with process improvements, troubleshooting, equipment optimization, data collection, analysis, and problem-solving; participate in cross-functional projects; learn about manufacturing systems and sustainability initiatives; and present their project work and learnings to leadership. The role offers mentorship from engineers and mill leaders and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and safety-minded skills.
