Athena is hiring an Optimization and Reporting Intern for its Summer 2027 cohort, which runs from June 15 through August 11. The intern will work 20–30 hours per week in person at the Philadelphia headquarters, supporting performance tracking, KPI reporting, dashboard and visualization development, client reporting, business analytics, and process improvement. The role offers paid experience at $20 per hour, flexible scheduling, professional development, and a capstone project.
