Description
Stryker is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to work onsite and collaborate with design and operations teams on projects such as fixture development, assembly-line optimization, lean manufacturing, ergonomics and safety improvements, and process validation. The intern will apply classroom knowledge, document complex processes, present findings, network with stakeholders, and contribute to innovative projects. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related engineering field, maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher, be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship, and demonstrate communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. The internship pays $20–$35 per hour, includes a sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend depending on the hiring location.
