Description
Pacific Fusion is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to work on meaningful projects across the target area engineering team, including planning, design, assembly, and testing of fusion-system components. The intern will gain hands-on experience with cradle-to-grave design, mechanical fundamentals, stress analysis, CAD, machining, prototyping, test stands, and experimental hardware. The role requires full-time onsite work for at least 12 consecutive weeks beginning in mid-May through mid-June 2027, with a base salary of $30–$48 USD and additional benefits.
