onsemi is hiring an internship for its thin-films, implant and diffusion engineering team in Fishkill, New York. The intern will work on defining, developing, and implementing integrated-circuit manufacturing processes, collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements, review standards and documentation, investigate manufacturing challenges, perform statistical data analysis, and occasionally assist with laboratory characterization. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a BA/BS, master’s, or PhD program in electrical engineering or a semiconductor-related field, with semiconductor and wafer-processing coursework.
