Description
Welltower is hiring a Capital Projects Intern to support the execution of senior housing capital and renovation projects. The intern will assist with contractor coordination, construction schedules, project documentation, status reporting, stakeholder communication, project close-out, and exposure to project budgets and the capital project lifecycle. The role requires daily onsite presence at project sites or the office, a current sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, and basic construction, scheduling, and Microsoft Office knowledge. The internship is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
