AQR Capital Management is hiring Summer Analysts for a 10-week summer internship. The role involves collaborating with engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions supporting business and investment functions. Projects may include scalable applications, user interfaces, APIs, backend systems, large datasets, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, developer tools, automation, and technology research. The internship provides exposure to modern software engineering practices and technologies, including Python, Java, C#, Go, web technologies, cloud platforms, databases, visualization tools, and CI/CD frameworks. Candidates should be undergraduates finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028, with a collaborative, thoughtful, hardworking, and intellectually curious approach.
