Greystar is hiring a Development Summer Analyst for a 10-week summer internship running June 2, 2027 through August 6, 2027. The role supports the development team by building pro forma models, conducting market research, preparing development materials, supporting due diligence, coordinating with brokers and consultants, and tracking project deliverables. Candidates must have a quantitative background, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and be enrolled in a bachelor's program in real estate, finance, business, or a related major, graduating between December 2027 and May 2028. The position pays $36 per hour and may include bonus eligibility and employee assistance and paid sick-time benefits.
