Harder Mechanical Contractors is hiring Summer 2027 Field Engineer Interns for full-time, paid summer internships in Portland, Phoenix, Sunnyvale, Reno, and Boise. Interns assist project teams with construction planning, scheduling, project tracking, estimating, purchasing, document control, contract administration, and subcontractor management while gaining hands-on mechanical construction experience. Candidates should demonstrate interest in construction, preferably pursue construction management or engineering, communicate effectively, manage time and deadlines, be willing to travel or relocate, and hold a valid driver's license.
