Summit Electric Supply is hiring associates for its Sales or Operations Development Program, an 18-month accelerated training path that begins with logistics and warehousing, continues through sales-counter product and sales training, and ends with inside-sales customer and supplier coordination. The program prepares participants for future leadership roles in inside sales, outside sales, operations, and management. Applicants are evaluated through online assessments, phone and in-person interviews, background checks, and drug screening; recent college graduates, distribution or supply-chain backgrounds, and veterans are welcomed, while prior experience is not required.
