Description
The employer is hiring a Super Scrum Master/Program Manager as a 12+ month contractor to lead a wealth management technology program currently at red status. The role will serve as Scrum Master for three concurrent teams, diagnose delivery issues, build a recovery plan, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, improve team velocity and quality, and report to leadership. It requires at least seven years of Scrum Master experience, multiple-team management experience, a Scrum certification, and strong stakeholder communication; wealth management technology experience is preferred.
