Haselden Construction is hiring a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, with a focus on complex healthcare projects. The role oversees subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, quality, safety, risk management, documentation, and field coordination while partnering with the Project Manager and project team. Candidates need at least 10 years of progressive commercial construction field experience, including leading large healthcare projects valued at $80 million or greater, along with strong scheduling, coordination, safety, QA/QC, and leadership skills. The position pays $130,000–$155,000 per year and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
