Description
Wohlsen Construction is hiring a Superintendent to manage field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and all activities for a single project of varying complexity. The role reports to the Project Executive, leads subordinate site staff, coordinates schedules and trade progress, manages contractors and punch lists, conducts quality inspections, prepares look-ahead schedules and daily CMIC reports, and supports cost, schedule, scope-change, equipment, material, and as-built-drawing activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience, at least seven years of supervisory field construction experience on $5–$10 million projects, contract-drawing knowledge, Superintendent I standards, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work additional hours.
