Description
Wohlsen Construction is hiring a Superintendent III to manage field staff, subcontractors, and vendors for a single project of varying complexity. The role oversees planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, cost and schedule impacts, equipment and material delivery, subcontractor verification, and final as-built drawings. The Superintendent III reports to the Project Executive, provides guidance to subordinate site staff, and requires a bachelor’s degree in construction technology, engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent field experience, plus at least 10 years of field construction experience.
