Description
The Superintendent provides overall leadership for on-site construction field management and administration, including planning, coordination, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, documentation, trade-partner management, and project closeout. The role supervises junior staff, foremen, and other construction personnel and coordinates with clients, design teams, consultants, owners, and other stakeholders. Candidates need nine years of construction operations experience or a construction-management degree with five years of supervisory experience, along with CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications. The position offers a base salary of $105,000 to $140,000 and employer-paid health care, life insurance, disability benefits, HSA contributions, and other benefits.
