The role manages daily maintenance and operations, coordinates contractors and maintenance staff, handles turnovers and building-system inspections, maintains inventory and supplies, addresses work tickets, and reports emergencies. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a salary of $52,000 and eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of experience, supervisory experience, active S12 and S13 certifications, and practical and written assessments.
