Description
The Superintendent - Accommodation will oversee the daily operation, safety, welfare, hygiene, security, and compliance of TG Accommodations’ portfolio of leased and owned employee properties in Dubai. The role manages mobilization and demobilization, special events, resident support, training and guidance for managers and lead supervisors, project support, and process improvements, while requiring up to 10 years of industry or large-group-management experience, an Occupational Health and Safety certificate, and experience training staff on policies and processes.
