Description
The Superintendent/ASUP serves as the primary jobsite contact and leads construction projects from field decision-making through completion. The role oversees scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, trade coordination, safety, inspections, reporting, equipment, and field staff development, while assisting with estimating, preconstruction, RFI and submittal management, and BIM coordination. It requires at least 10 years of jobsite supervision experience, including 5 or more years as a Superintendent, OSHA 30 certification, and experience with multiple ground-up projects. The position is full-time, requires travel to multiple jobsites, and offers health, dental, and vision benefits.
