Description
Ames Construction is hiring a Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction-site activities according to project blueprints and schedules. The role manages workers and subcontractors, allocates resources, creates cost estimates and schedules, coordinates materials and equipment, maintains job-site logs, collaborates with clients and project managers, and enforces safety and quality controls. The position requires a relevant construction-related bachelor’s degree, at least five years of construction management experience, a valid driver’s license and MVR, OSHA-30 certification, blueprint and CAD reading ability, and frequent travel, with the current project located in Farmington, New Mexico.
