Description
The General Superintendent oversees mechanical and plumbing construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating CAD, fabrication, field operations, schedules, materials, QA/QC, safety, productivity, and foremen. The role requires knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing; trade education or licensing; OSHA certification; scheduling and pull-planning experience; and the ability to manage labor, material costs, and project turnover. Preferred qualifications include 15 years of mechanical and plumbing trade experience and large-project or multi-project management experience.
