Description
ARCO is hiring a Superintendent to directly manage the construction and administrative activities of tilt-wall construction projects in the greater Richmond area. The role oversees project schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, safety, quality control, cost reporting, change orders, and coordination with owners, architects, and project managers. Candidates need 5–25 years of experience as a lead superintendent on tilt-up construction projects, preferably on projects of at least 100,000 square feet, along with leadership, scheduling, computer, and driver's-license qualifications. The position is primarily on job sites in office trailers or existing structures and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid sabbatical, profit-sharing, tuition reimbursement, and bonus benefits.
