Description
The Superintendent will manage field operations across multiple active heavy civil and site-development projects, overseeing project execution, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, inspections, documentation, and corrective actions. The role requires at least five years of site development or heavy civil construction experience, three years of supervisory experience, civil-plan interpretation skills, knowledge of grading, utilities, stormwater, and paving, and a valid driver’s license.
