B&S Site Development is hiring a Superintendent to manage field operations across multiple active heavy civil construction job sites. The role oversees project execution, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, inspections, documentation, and communication with project managers, while leading and mentoring foremen and field crews. Candidates need at least five years of site development or heavy civil construction experience, three years of supervisory experience, civil-plans proficiency, knowledge of grading, utilities, stormwater, and paving, and a valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
