Description
Beckenhauer Construction is seeking a Superintendent to take full ownership of construction projects from the field. The role leads jobsite safety and compliance, manages schedules and field operations, coordinates trades and subcontractors, enforces quality control, maintains documentation, and supports project closeout. The position requires strong organization, independent work under tight deadlines, and experience managing projects in healthcare, education, law enforcement, or similar sectors; five or more years of construction supervision experience is preferred.
