Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead commercial construction projects from field operations through project completion, coordinating employees and subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing schedules and logistics, collaborating with Project Managers, and maintaining client and vendor relationships. The role requires at least 10 years of Superintendent experience on commercial projects, specifically healthcare or strong MEP experience, along with blueprint and shop-drawing expertise, project-management software proficiency, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
