BOWA is hiring a Superintendent, referred to internally as a Project Manager, to manage day-to-day residential remodeling jobsite activities. The role combines lead carpentry with supervision of carpenters, subcontractors, inspections, materials, schedules, client communication, safety, and documentation. It requires at least four years of remodeling-related experience, reliable transportation, and clear communication; the schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime.
