Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years’ experience as lead superintendent running ground-up industrial projects ranging from $50M.
Preferred Qualifications: In-depth construction knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience implementing safety protocols with a track record of successfully implementing and enforcing safety procedures on construction sites ensuring a secure work environment for project team.
Ability to understand and solve complex challenges to present alternative solutions.
Must be a motivated and driven individual with proven history to effectively facilitate the completion of subcontracted work.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
