Catamount is hiring a Superintendent to oversee construction projects from the job site through closeout. The role coordinates workers, contractors, subcontractors, and Assistant Superintendents; maintains schedules, budgets, quality, safety, documentation, change orders, and project turnover; and works with Project Managers, architects, and owners. Candidates need at least five years of related general-contractor, renovation, or tenant-improvement experience or equivalent education and experience, along with project-management, communication, organizational, and safety skills.
