Description
Catamount is hiring a Superintendent to oversee construction projects from the job site through closeout. The role coordinates workers, contractors, subcontractors, and Assistant Superintendents; maintains schedules, budgets, quality, safety, documentation, change orders, and project turnover; and works with Project Managers, architects, and owners. Candidates need at least five years of related general-contractor, renovation, or tenant-improvement experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore. The position offers a $120,000–$145,000 USD base salary plus incentives and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
