Description
The Superintendent for CBI Construction will oversee and coordinate project trade partners, manage workflow and progress against the schedule, maintain daily reports, resolve design issues through the RFI process, conduct quality-control inspections, enforce OSHA and safety standards, and communicate variances to the Senior Superintendent. The role requires OSHA 30 certification, project-site relocation, physical ability to work on rough terrain, strong organizational and time-management skills, and availability for extended hours and rotating weekends.
