Description
COLAS Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role manages schedules, subcontractors, workforce, site logistics, materials, safety, quality, project controls, documentation, and client relationships while coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The Superintendent may oversee one large project or multiple smaller projects, works primarily on-site Monday through Friday, and requires a current driver’s license.
