Compu Dynamics is hiring a full-time Superintendent to plan, supervise, and coordinate in-house manpower and construction activities across mission-critical and commercial data center projects. The role oversees field personnel and trade contractors, manages schedules, safety, inspections, punch lists, commissioning, staffing forecasts, and project closeout, while traveling to job sites as needed. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 15 years of commercial construction or mission-critical experience including 5 years in a supervisory capacity, and a valid driver’s license. The position pays $90,000–$140,000 USD and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
