Superintendent at CORE Construction, Inc.

CORE is hiring a Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects in the Fort Lauderdale area, from start-up through punch-out. The role oversees site logistics, schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, design-team and owner collaboration, submittals, progress reporting, closeout, and team leadership. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction experience, 5 years of supervisory experience, relevant subcontractor and sequencing knowledge, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore experience, CMAR or Design/Build delivery experience, OSHA 30 certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires travel throughout South Florida and pays commensurately with skills and experience.
