Superintendent at CORE Construction, Inc.

CORE is hiring a full-time, in-person Superintendent in Las Vegas to manage large-scale construction projects from start-up through punch-out. The role leads site logistics, scheduling, critical-path management, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, design-team collaboration, reporting, closeout, and team mentorship. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction experience, 5 years of supervisory experience, subcontractor and construction-sequencing expertise, knowledge of RFI and material submittals, experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore, CMAR or Design/Build delivery experience, OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within Nevada. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
