Description
The Superintendent plans, schedules, and directs field projects involving the inspection, cleaning, repair, coating, and modification of prestressed composite tanks and other concrete structures. The role manages and trains field personnel, resolves project conflicts, completes field paperwork, develops repair recommendations, and supervises two or more employees. It requires substantial field experience in CCR, CROM, or water/wastewater infrastructure repair and coatings, a valid driver’s license, background and drug screening, safety training, and the ability to work at heights and travel to job sites.
