The role supervises subcontractors, schedules work, inspects quality and compliance, manages budgets and warranty processes, coordinates with sales and customer teams, and maintains customer service and worksite standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two to four years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, construction-document knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.
