D|Watts is hiring a Superintendent to plan, organize, direct, and control interior office buildout projects. The role oversees subcontractors, project schedules, quality, safety, documentation, closeout, field teams, and temporary site facilities, while maintaining client expectations and project objectives. Candidates need at least three years of Superintendent experience on interior office buildouts, five years of commercial general contracting experience, knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction, and strong drawing-reading, organizational, and communication skills.
