Description
The Superintendent provides overall leadership for on-site construction field management and administration, including planning, coordination, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, risk mitigation, documentation, trade-partner coordination, and project closeout. The role supervises junior staff, foremen, and trade partners while coordinating with clients, design teams, consultants, owners, and other stakeholders. It requires nine years of construction operations experience or a construction management degree plus five years of supervisory experience, along with CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications. The base salary is $105,000 to $140,000, with employer-paid health care, HSA contributions, disability benefits, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.
