The role leads field supervision and coordination, manages in-house teams, subcontractors, and vendors, and drives safety, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, inspections, commissioning, and client communications. It also supports business development, develops assistant superintendents, and requires field supervision, coordination, project management experience plus a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and strong communication and leadership skills.
