Description
The Superintendent leads a construction work team under the project manager’s supervision and manages on-site execution, plans and specifications, subcontractor performance, quality, schedules, meetings, and health and safety. The role requires at least 10 years of construction-trade experience, knowledge of construction laws and equipment, strong planning and leadership skills, and eligibility for Secret Level Security Clearance.
