The role involves leading onsite construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, managing self-performed work, processing clarifications, updating drawings, tracking costs, developing project schedules, ensuring progress photos and daily reports, complying with contract documents, reviewing shop drawings, assisting the Project Manager with change orders, and implementing safety plans. The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager.
