Essel is seeking a Superintendent to oversee construction projects from mobilization through completion. The role manages onsite workforces, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, safety compliance, quality standards, inspections, reporting, and junior-staff development. Candidates need at least five years of construction management or supervision experience, strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to read construction documents and use project management tools.
