Description
Ford is hiring a Warehouse Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Parts Distribution Center. The role manages warehouse deadlines, budgets, inventory, facility operations, inbound and outbound logistics, claims processing, transportation, quality improvement, safety, employee accountability, and UAW relationships. It is an onsite position requiring shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing leadership experience, and at least three years of operational or distribution experience. The position offers salary grade 7 compensation of $86,600-$144,900 or salary grade 8 compensation of $99,100-$166,200, with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage; visa sponsorship is not available.
